Title: Dynamics and structure of interpersonal relationships of FbŠ Bohemians Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to chart out the relationships and social ties in the women's extra-lique team of FbŠ Bohemians. To create a player profile, find out how communication works, whether there is enough morale, presence of disparate groups and what are the causes of problems inside the team. Dils, Marta Dolli ; Pauknerová, Daniela (advisor) ; Müller, Annemarie (referee)
This Master Thesis aims to provide an overview of performance measurement systems both business and team related and to analyse their application spectrum. Based on the theoretical analysis, a new framework was created, including all relevant factors to analyse team performance. Thus the research questions of whether performance is measurable and what factors influence performance were investigated. The team performance framework (TPF) and the results from its application are presented in the practical part. The TPF includes different factors influencing team performance, such as input factors, motivation, communication, and output factors. This academic research concludes that various factors influence performance but that simplistic theoretical models still cannot catch the whole complex picture of reality.

Kočí, Ondřej ; Pavlica, Karel (advisor) ; Rymeš, Milan (referee) ; Bedrnová, Eva (referee)
The thesis is aimed at hot topic discussed among company managers nearly all over the world. The managers are concerned whether the team work is as efficient as it can be, whether the potential of team is fully used and how to train or develop teams to be more compatible and more effective. It is easy to measure the performance of operations teams. But this thesis focuses on teams where the hard measurements like time/pieced measures are not applicable. Method described in the thesis is more likely based on team communication analysis, effectiveness of team decision-making process in different stages of team development cycle. The methods describing the social interaction, team work and effective leaderships are the theoretical background of study in the thesis. The data used in study were collected in related research, where author was part of small research team. The conclusions are clearly presented and supplemented by ideas for further studies.
